The home itself is welcoming with almost everything you need. Great location, with lots around. The morning of our check-in, the owner messaged me stating the pool's pump was out and would be replaced the following day. The pump must have been out for quite some time, because it was filthy and unusable after the pump replacement. I messaged the owner (via VRBO) of my concern and disappointment, I finally received a response 3 DAYS LATER. Owner said she was out of the country, she apologized for the pool's conditions and said a small refund would be provided. Note: The owner never provided an Emergency Contact/Phone Number, which should always be available to a renter especially if the owner will be unavailable.
