Comfortable, spacious fully equipped home in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Located in an upscale area close to Tucson National Golf Resort and a short drive to UofA, Oro Valley, downtown, & public pools.
This home is truly a home away from home. Enjoy watching TV while sitting in front of a warm fire or lounge in the back yard and enjoy the weather while using the grill. This property is conveniently located near multiple golf courses including the award winning Omni Tucson National Golf Resort, Ritz Carlton Dove Mountain & El Conquistador. Within minutes you can be at the Oro Valley Aquatic Center with an Olympic pool, water slide and splash pad or head just around the corner to the YMCA or OV Community & Rec Center. There are numerous hiking & biking trails nearby including The Tucson Loop, Catalina State park, Tumamoc Hill, Sweetwater Preserve, Push Peak Summit, Arthur Pack, & Honey Bee Canyon (to just name a few).

The house was great, clean and fully stocked with all the main essentials for our stay. The owner provided excellent communication, more than we could ask for on such short notice. The house is in a quiet neighbor hood and near Restaurants, Walmart and Fry's for food and snacks.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was comfortable for our family of three and plenty of room if we had a slightly larger family. The home was well stocked and felt like we were staying at a very considerate friend's home. The home was nicely furnished. Some of the fixtures and kitchen was a little dated but we did not mind given how nicely stocked the home was. The beds were very comfortable as were the couches. Carrie even asked if we wanted Christmas decorations (which we did) and she added a tree, decorations and some holiday dishware and glasses. We loved how many glasses there were so that were not having to constantly wash them as we used them. In many rentals, we need to hand wash our dishes well before the dishwasher is full since only a few glasses, plates, etc were provided. Not the case here. We would definitely stay again! Thanks Carrie for being a great host

6 days in North Tucson

Generally the property was as described in the listing & we had no major issues. Location worked great for this trip (close proximity to friends) & neighborhood was low-key with one exception. The dog next door was outside a lot, lonely, and tended to bark making it difficult to enjoy time on the patio. We were gone a lot so worked around it.The kitchen was well-stocked & beds were comfortable.

Holiday stay in Oro Valley area north of Tucson.

Very convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom/bedroom supplies. Excellent communication with the owner. She was very helpful and responsive. We would stay there again.

Nice area/comfortable stay

Pros: House & covered patio were clean & kitchen fairly well equipped. Great supply of paper products, soaps, & spices. Nice artwork. House was reasonably well located for hiking & other attractions. Neighborhood was nice. Cons: Faucets in master bath were very difficult to turn on, but owner said she would remedy that this summer. Couches were new but not very comfortable. Kitchen table had only 3 chairs, though there were 2 bar stools at counter. More dishes & silverware would be helpful. We would rent this house again.

Large, comfortable home that is convenient to town and hiking. Very nice neighborhood and reasonably close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. Carrie was very quick to respond to our questions.

Nice place in a neighborhood

A nice place to stay that was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Host communicated graciously and timely. Only downside was the dog nextdoor that gave a daily wakeup call each morning, but that could happen in any neighborhood. We would stay there again.

Owner is great

Carrie is more than responsive, left us some goodies in the refrigerator as a welcome gift. The house is clean, 3 nice bedrooms, all the kitchen amenities you can ask for. Outside BBQ and sitting areas is a plus, along with an outside fire pit. It's a bit out in the foothills but perfect if you're hiking and biking and enjoying teh mountain views. Quiet neighborhood.
