NEW 3 BR home in immaculate condition, mountain views just outside of Tucson

Kick back and relax in this cozy home tucked away in Vail from the hustle and bustle of the city. Just 30 minutes from downtown Tucson, where you can enjoy the quietness and beauty of the Sonoran desert. This 3 BR newly constructed home is fully stocked with an on site washing machine and dryer. Check out Colossal Cave or embrace the outdoors with a nearby hike. Afterwards relax with Netflix or sit out back and enjoy a fire with a breathtaking sunset and unobstructed mountain views.

On entrance you are welcomed by an open concept floor plan, large tile throughout with inviting area rugs in every room. Plenty of seating including a boho swivel papasan chair in the living room with a Roku 55" TV (Netflix included), also offered in the master bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a versatile Keurig offering the ability for single pod or brewing. Enjoy a complimentary coffee/tea on the front patio or in the backyard with a fire pit and unobstructed mountain views.

Fun pops of color can be found in the bedrooms with our navy blue and desert green feature walls. Three bedrooms comfortably sleeping 6 are situated in the back (green desert bedroom: 1 King with private full BR, navy bull bedroom: 1 Queen, light and airy bedroom: 1 Queen) . Are you a tummy, back or slide sleeper? Choose your favorite pillow, gusseted or luxury cooling gel pillow, offered for each guest. Enjoy a comfortable nights rest on your green tea infused, pressure relieving memory foam mattress and soft cotton sheets. Mirrors, spacious closets, lamps with USB ports, bamboo cordless shades, linen curtains, throws and bath towels can be found in each bedroom.

House was immaculate, very comfortable and tastefully decorated and well equipped. House was located on a culdesac with limited houses so very little if any traffic. Although not within the Tucson city limits, location was quieter and traveling to city and surrounding areas we visited was easy to navigate. Lots of interesting places to visit and activities within the area. Host was very accommodating.

Another wonderful adventure

Thanks again for sharing your charming home with us. We are so comfortable here- the beds and the couches are comfy, the kitchen and baths have what you need, and its very clean and neat. We love this location- coming back to a quiet setting after spending a day of hiking or roaming around Tucson. There are also some nice nature trails right by the house!

The house was very nice. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There were plenty of dishes and pots and pans. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, but quite a distance to restaurants. We were unhappy that we didn't get local tv stations or football games. We walked several trails and really enjoyed our stay. Sunsets and views were amazing.

Excellent stay in Tucson!

We really enjoy staying at Tori's house- this is our second stay in two years.- it is so clean, well decorated, and has everything we need for our stay. The bedrooms are large, the mattresses are very comfortable, dining room chairs are comfortable, there is enough cookware for making meals. We really like the location- the views from the house are gorgeous, and there are trails near the house for walking and birding. Plan to continue booking this house!!

Beautiful Vail AZ Home

We had family stay in this home during our daughter's graduation. The home was close to our home and so convenient for our family to just be up the road when they wanted to get together with us. Victoria was great to work with during the whole process as we were booking. The stay was wonderful, everything was available that we needed. Communication was excellent during the whole stay and we will definitely rent this VRBO from Victoria in the future if we have more family visiting us! Excellent stay.
