This home suits the whole family featuring lovely modern decor throughout with oversized windows that allow you to take in the beauty the Sonoran desert has to offer. The formal living and dining area is flooded with natural sunlight with a round dining table to gives the family a more personal space for gathering during meals. The modern chandelier and beautiful turquoise couches really provide a unique touch to this living area. The family room is fully equipped with a cozy couch and gas fireplace to add to the serenity. The big screen TV in the family room and each TV in the bedrooms has Roku capabilities. Don t forget to bring your account information for your favorite streaming platforms! For all you foodies, this open floor concept allows you to join in on the conversation while preparing meals so you don t miss any of the action. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your kitchen basics and an oversized island serving as a great breakfast nook. The backyard is perfect for relaxing near the gas fire pit while grilling by the poolside. The master bedroom has a King size bed, private entrance to the backyard and attached bathroom with walk in closet. The bathroom has a stand up shower for the guests to use. The bathtub is in non-working order however, there is a bathtub in the guest bathroom. Guest bedroom number one also has a king size mattress that sleeps two, guest bedroom two has a Queen size mattress that will sleep two, guest bedroom three offers two twin-sized mattresses to accommodate another two guests. Home has the ability for streaming only no local channels. Pool heat is an additional daily cost of $90/day plus tax. Spa heating is included in your daily rate. Disclaimer: The master bedroom bathtub is in non-working order and is not to be used during reservations. The backyard, pool/spa and view were amazing - best part for us! To make the stay even better I'd recommend providing a hair dryer, some instructions for the televisions (was hard to understand what streaming was available without having to sign into our own accounts) and maybe have the fountain on a timer. I would have loved hearing more of the birds in the morning, but the fountain is a bit loud and drowns out the nice desert sounds in the morning and after dark. Overall - lovely place and made for a very relaxing stay. ##### Cindy M. False advertising! Since when do you have a spa that is not heated without paying extra? They make it plain that you have to pay extra for a heated pool but never anywhere on the web site do find that the spa is included in that heating process. Back porch was not cleaned before we got there and now they want to charge us 2400.00 for some stained towels and some blood stains on bed sheets. Women have periods once a month and that happens but it always come out in the washer. Would never ever even look at pricing or anything if it's from Casago.
