The host was very responsive and more than willing to be helpful when needed. Overall we had a very pleasant visit to the Tucson area (our first) and hope to come back again in the near future. The condo itself was great, just as listed and very quiet. It had everything we needed for our 2 week stay. Rosanna was great to deal with. The only time we really needed to correspond with her was before the trip. No issues with the condo. What brought the overall rating down was the rest of the property. The pool was not heated, the hot tub was heated sporadically. The property association management needs to put a little TLC into the overall facility. ##### Duane W.
