Tastefully decorated thru-out. w/ pullout sofa that additional guests can enjoy! Hot location that definitely wont disappoint! This property is located in the West University Historic Neighborhood. Get true taste of what historic Tucson was like with a modern spin. The buildings here date back as late as the late 1800's. Street to Street consists of mixed residential and light commercial properties. We have designated parking for your vehicle on our property. The Tucson Street Car is literally a 2 minute walk from our property. The rail travels on University Blvd toward the U of A where on the way you'll find lots of hot spots like Frog & Firkin, No Anchovies, Gentle Bens, FuKu Sushi, Illegal Pete's, Chick-Fil-A, coffee shops, boutiques, U of A stores, and more retail.
