It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was setup with everything we needed for cooking. I loved the bath rooms that were stocked with soaps and shampoos. The house is located in a quite area at the base of the mountains and 20 mins outside of town. but it was worth the drive. We were able to use the telescope at the home to view the night sky. Our granddaughter really enjoyed that. Humming birds visited every morning while we drank coffee under the back porch. I would have given the home and David a 5 star review. The only negative thing is the listing about the pool which we found out later on is only available to residents and not renters. Unfortunately when we when to the pool a resident yelled at us, took our pictures and made threading remarks. for not wear masks at the pool. Before she got there we had arrived with our masks in hand (not sure what the protocol was) stayed more than 6ft away from others and brought our own hand sanitizer. We so enjoyed our stay here! We were looking for a place that works for three generations and this property was perfect. Comfortable, organized, and lots of small touches made the home a joy to be in. Everything was pristinely clean and we appreciated the quiet location. Hikes in the neighboring park were a short walk away and the community center was a fun option for the younger family members. Lots of wildlife could be seen from the back patio, from birds to fawns. (We even had a perfect view of the lunar eclipse.) The kitchen had everything we needed for at-home meals, the couches/beds were super comfy, and lots of natural light kept the home bright and cheery. The neighborhood was beautiful and it was close to places we wanted to see - Sonoran Desert Museum, Saguaro National Park West, Gates Pass. We were able to hike in the Tucson Mountain park right down the end of the street. The beds were comfy and the house well supplied with everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were fantastic - very relaxing and hardly anyone there when we went early evenings. Everyone we encountered was friendly. The tennis courts were really nice as well. I recommend bringing your racquet if you have a favorite one. The ones provided are ok. The trails at the end of the neighborhood were really nice. We were able to see a family of 5 mule deer roaming in their natural habitat and that was really fun. ##### Sara S.
