You will have full use of the house -- an historic 2 bedroom home with living room, dining room and kitchen in a great walking neighborhood. And We have recently (2018) installed a new 6 person outdoor Jacuzzi !

Guests comment on our quiet, but convenient location. Original wood floors throughout. The backyard is fully secured and pet-friendly. New 43" TV w/ Netflix, Amazon and Roku. A washer/dryer is available for guests.

Secured extra parking is available for an RV or van.

The kitchen is fully stocked with Cuisinart pots and pans; dishes, knives, utensils, and everything you need to cook! Kitchen has: Range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, K-cup and drip coffee makers and fridge. Complimentary coffee, tea, sodas, juice, fruit and snacks are provided!

The yard also has a gas grill and a pond with a small fountain, goldfish and flowering water lilies and hyacinth.

Flexible sleeping accommodations makes our house great for couples, families or groups of adults traveling together! Br 1: New King bed; Br 2: New Queen bed + full bed; twin daybed in living room + folding twin bed (all with premium cotton sheets.)

Note this is a 1930's house -- though it has historic features such as high ceilings, archways, and wood floors, and the kitchen and bath was renovated (2021), it is not completely redone. The A/C and heat are fairly new and maintained but you may encounter an occasional sticky door handle, etc! We are available to help if there are any issue.

Please note that though we do take dogs - we charge an extra fee for more than one dog, so please accurately let us know how many.
We normally do not take cats. If you have a cat and wish to stay, we might take a well behaved cat with an extra fee so that we can shut the property down to run air filtering and deep cleaning of cat dander.
