We were close enough to everything, and just a few minutes away from Truckee and its restaurants and cafés. House is well laid out and on a quiet street, easily accessible. The host was exceptionally easy to deal with and answered all of our questions and was available for questions after check-in. All in all a great stay! The location is great: close to downtown Truckee and all that Tahoe Donner has to offer. The cabin is cozy and comfortable. Other reviewers have mentioned that it is dated, and some of the fixtures and furnishings may be a bit dated, but everything was operational, comfortable, and this is one of the more affordably priced rentals in the area. The owner is very responsive and super helpful, too. There are lots of games to play, comfortable beds, and a well-appointed kitchen. We enjoyed our stay and think this would be a great place to visit in the summer, too! ##### Valerie O. Having the driveway cleared in the morning after a big snowfall was a wonderful surprise :). Love the dog-friendly option, Lola thought it was the best.
