This beautiful, historic Victorian building is on a short walking distance from Franklin Plaza, one of Troy`s most popular wedding and events venues. Just remodeled with a balance of classic and modern design, including original brick in the kitchen and large windows throughout, giving this space beautiful natural light and views. We have security cameras in the first , second floor hallway, outside the front door and back door.There is no cameras inside of the listed units.
Third floor apartment has specious rooms. Shared backyard is available for our guests. Being a third floor apartment in a historical building with twelve foot ceilings on the first two floors please expect to clime stairs.
This building is located on a quiet street that runs between Fulton st and Grand st. It is within walking distance to many of Troy`s attractions, including the Troy Beer Garden, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, and Troy farmer`s market, which was ranked #1 in the country by American Farmland Trust People’s Choice! Troy prides itself on its small businesses - there are endless restaurants, coffee shops, and bakeries downtown which offer beautiful outdoor seating in the summertime, as well as boutique shops and art galleries.
This building is directly downtown, so many restaurants, shops and attractions are within walking distance. Uber, Lyft and public transportation are also available. If you prefer to drive, there is street parking all throughout downtown Troy, both paid and free, depending on time of day and location.
This apartment can be booked in conjunction with the building`s two other listed apartments, `Luxury downtown apt. walk to Troy by Franklin plaza`` and ` Luxury Downtown w/Backyard` for larger groups who are looking for a shared space. The three apartments can sleep a combined fifteen guests, with two queen-sized beds on this floor, one king-sized bed on the top floor, and a pullout couch and sectional which sleeps an additional 4., king size bed, queen size bed, sofa on the first floor. If needed, air mattresses can be made available.
1. Absolutely no partying or indoor smoking is tolerated - any evidence of such will result in a $300 fee.
2. No noise after 11:00 PM - there are other guests in this building, so we ask that you respect them and keep noise at a minimum after 11:00 PM, particularly on week nights.

4. Please flush only toilet paper in the toilets (no paper towels wipes, or sanitary products)
5. As a reminder, check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, unless otherwise arranged with me. If cleaners arrive past this time and you have not checked out, you will be charged a $50 late fee.
6. We do not allow frying fish in our units. The building is historical, and even though we do have a vent , we do not have a hood .
