### Cozy studio in charming Brunswick/Troy in quiet neighorhood

Located in a very safe neighborhood just off Route 7, this house sits on a 2-acre property with a backyard. We are offering for rent the large private studio on the first floor of this 2-story home. The studio provides everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchenette for small meal preps, a full bathroom, a seating area, a dining table, and designated parking spaces. Be aware of potential footsteps and noises from the second floor. a small Firepit is available upon request.
