Neighborhood is not safe and the property's renovations need to be completed from a safety and privacy perspective. I did not feel comfortable staying there. So much so upon check-in I decided to leave and found other accommodations elsewhere. Had I known the issues prior, I would never have booked the property. I'm very disappointed that when I asked the host if the area was safe, I was told it was. So I booked. The check-in instructions include a long security paragraph stipulating that the area is known for drug-related crime and shootings and that it's not advised to walk alone at night.
