Our room was large, with sitting area sofa, rocking chair, comfy bed & pillows. Nicely decorated. Breakfasts were tasty. In evening sat out on one of their patios. Ed and Lienn are excellent, friendly, efficient hosts. Our room had a very comfortable bed, spectacular sunrise view, and great, soft water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. The morning breakfasts (served at 8am) are gourmet-quality (We had eggs benedict). A special treat was that the owner made us an excellent and much-appreciated "to-go" breakfast because of our early departure the day we left. They are genuine, hardworking people that want you to feel at home. Our bed was comfy and warm, plenty of space, great TV and even a massage chair! We saw wildlife outside the BnB and had a Mountain View- the location was quiet yet easy drive to Bryce. We stayed in the "Navajo Loop" room. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a gourmet breakfast every morning and the coffee was very good. My only complaint (a minor one) was that were no fans or air conditioning and, even with the window open, it was very warm and stuffy in the room.
