Getting to the room was very difficult. I was staying for an early morning flight. I had to park in a distant parking lot and carry my luggage to the hotel (a good 150yards). Wake up call was incorrect on time. The only good thing was that the hotel is in the actual airport terminal.

Room was in great shape. Nice area easy to access and get about the locale. The check in process, instructions, amenities, and communication with host needs smoothing out. There's a delay in communication which leads visitors in a holding pattern awaiting responses.
