Top floor studio unit. Updated colors, new luxury vinyl plank flooring and Westin Heavenly mattress and box spring! Vaulted ceilings with great views of Grand Traverse Bay and Acme Creek. Queen bed and pull out sofa sleeper. Great space and value for a family with children. Kitchenette with mini fridge, range burners, and microwave. This unit is a beach lovers dream!

Located within The Shores complex at Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. 10-15 minutes to anywhere you need to go, downtown Traverse City or Elk Rapids. Located across the road from the main property of Grand Traverse Resort and Spa and 5 minutes from Turtle Creek Casino. 40 minutes from Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park.

Enjoy beautiful sunsets with a glass of local wine from your private balcony or with your toes in the sand!

Unit is fully stocked with linens, towels, toiletries and everything you need in the kitchen! All toiletries and essentials are cruelty free and as environmentally friendly as possible.

If you are traveling with others and need additional space please let us know as we can access space in our other unit which is one building closer to the beach.

Reservation does not include access to Grand Traverse Resort Health Club/Pool facilities.

Loved the condo, very clean, great view, loved the beach access. Owner was very quick to reply and answer our questions and provide anything that we needed that wasn’t already there (most everything was there!) lots of nice restaurants and beaches close by.

Great Stay for 2 - mattress needs some work

Very clean and nice location. Beach was amazing. The mattress was very rough. My wife and I’s backs hurt each morning. Plan on eating out as cooking is difficult. Would recommend for a couple needing a get away.

Perfect Studio for a Couple

The studio was small but well-equipped with nice quality furnishings and linens. It even had a washer and dryer. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the bay and being just a short distance from the beach. I would rent it again.

Convenient Location

The longer we stayed the more we loved this studio unit. The space is perfect for two adults. The studio was spotlessly clean with new linens. Access to the beach area on the property is very close and there's one of the best city parks (clean, well designed) along the bay located right next door. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Perfect Getaway

We enjoyed a nice long weekend at the condo. This property is well equipped with all the necessities and easy access to Traverse City and surrounding areas. Bonus was the porch looking out on to the beach and bay, perfect to sit and just enjoy. Everything went smoothly and highly recommended!

Nice location, very clean unit and it's got everything you'll need. It's small, as a studio of course, but it's quite comfortable. We had a minor hiccup in checking in, but was resolved very quickly. Thank you!

Hotel room sized condo with a view

This place had everything we needed out of a weekend rental. Comfy bed, great view of the lake. Kyle and Dawn were nice enough to upgrade us to a place with a bit better of a view since we were staying for our anniversary. How thoughtful! Only comment is that there is no blow dryer in the unit, which is not a usual situation. I didn’t bring my own since I’ve never stayed some place that didn’t have one so that’s my fault I suppose. Overall great experience and we would come back.

Great location

My family and I stayed one night. Our kids really enjoyed the beach even though we didn’t have great weather for the beach. The condo was close to restaurants in town and not far from the local wineries. The space is a little tight for 4 people, however we only stayed one night so it wasn’t that big of a deal. This place was neat and clean. A big thank you to Kyle and Dawn for making our check-in simple and answering our questions in a timely manner. Thank you so much for having us Stay.

Excellent location!

Great location for a Traverse City getaway! The view of the water from the balcony is so nice, and the beach is just a short walk away. I probably wouldn't come back with 4 people again as it was pretty tight (watch your head on the lamp when the pullout couch is out), but for 2 there would be plenty of space! If you're looking for a clean location to lay your head at night, definitely consider this spot!

Great value

This was more affordable than other listings that I saw near Traverse City, and it proved to be a great value. The patio has a view of the bay and sunset, there is a township beach nearby, and it is a short drive to Traverse City amenities. We were very satisfied.

Pleasant relaxing view

Stocked K cups pleasant surprise. Soft towels. Cute beach with nice carry out food to the beach. Very good management communication with Kyle and Dawn. Extremely clean. Not a lot of counter space nor drawers but cooking supplies good. Small fridge and kitchen area worked for the two of us. Spices a nice touch too.
