The description of the house is correct and complete. We enjoyed it all: the upper and lower decks facing the beach, the porch, the open kitchen/dining area and the a/c. The bunk room has three double/single bunk beds plus a sofa bed. The house feels secluded down a long tree lined driveway. We had 7 adults and 4 kids under the age of 7 and the house was very accommodating. There were more amenities than we expected (beach toys, beach umbrella and greatly appreciated enough coffee for the week! Some guests felt it was too hot especially in bedrooms at night and wished they had the option of opening windows (no screens). Private beach is priceless! The entire house had nice modern cottage feel but the basement with all the bunk beds was certainly a highlight. More walkable area than we expected. Overall a wonderful experience. ##### john l. The location and home were absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and perfect for our family. The beds were so comfortable, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The hosts thought of everything, from having two types of coffee makers to beach toys and even an extra pack and play and high chair for the little ones. Every detail was carefully considered, which made our stay so easy and enjoyable. This rental was perfect for our girls trip! We had a large group and it still felt really spacious. But the real draw was the location. It was so wonderful to just walk out onto the sand and have a private beach! It was also close to downtown which made everything really accessible.
