Located in a gated area (security) this rental is the bottom half of a large well maintained home, and if you're concerned about privacy because of that, you needn't be. « Building seems a little sketchy but overall was quiet residents were welcoming & friendly. The apartment could’ve been cleaned a little better bathroom & kitchen wise, toilet had urine stains & some utensils were still dirty.
