"Nice pension in traditional mountain style. Our room was very nicely decorated and we had our own balcony. Our bathroom was equipped with a luxurious shower. Very warm and helpful hospitality. Ample breakfast. We also had dinner for 8 EUR per person, which was traditional Romanian and also very ample. The dining room has a nice fireplace where always a fire was burning (in October, maybe it is different in July). We felt very comfortable an will return to that place."

When I went back to raise the issue with them, they said that due to a mistake, they had given my room to someone else. I told them that wasn't acceptable and booked another hotel through Orbitz. "Conveniently located to the majority of old town Brasov. The hotel was very clean. The women that checked us in were very knowledgeable and helpful. The porters were great as well. The rooms were spacious, bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay there again! "
