C’è molto da lavorare

L’hotel è posizionato in collina lontano dal mare. Il corpo centrale è composto da un antico baglio padronale trasformato in hotel. Le camere sono arredate con mobili in legno di buona qualità ma di vecchia concezione. I letti sono piccoli e cedevoli, l’insonorizzazione verso l’esterno è buona ma è pessima quella degli impianti idraulici. Basta che l’occupante di una camera vicina dimentichi aperto lo sciacquone a manovella per diffondere un rumore continuo e molto fastidioso in tutte le camere vicine. Discreta la pulizia delle camere. Il personale alla reception non si distingue per disponibilità e gentilezza ad eccezione di Natalia sempre molto premurosa e professionale. Qualità della ristorazione non soddisfacente. Il lido convenzionato a pagamento è il Summer paradise di Avetrana situato in una zona piena di abitazioni costruite a ridosso della spiaggia che rendono il contesto molto poco invitante. La piscina olimpionica si trova in una splendida posizione panoramica distante dal corpo centrale e per raggiungerla bisogna fare una bela scarpinata in salita. L’ingresso in piscina oltre agli ospiti dell’hotel è consentito a persone esterne. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo notato la presenza di molti campus estivi, per questo abbiamo avuto l’impressione che la struttura sia oggi molto orientatata ad ospitare gruppi di ragazzi. Volevamo usufruire del maneggio ma arrivati sul posto ci è stato detto che non era al momento funzionante.

Il soggiorno tutto sommato è stato positivo. L'unica nota negativa e' il fatto che la struttura è lasciata un po'in abbandono... servirebbe una ristrutturazione a partire dalla piscina per finire agli appartamenti

Off season stay

Two main reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice waiting staff in the huge restaurant. Spacious but basic apartment - poorly equipped for self catering - we did not require this and I got the sense that they would have supplied utensils ‘if’ requested. One notable staff member was awful in every way, so we avoided him! Good value, interesting European mix of clients. No pool off season as too cold for Italian tastes! Plenty of sea nearby though. Good car parking. YOU WILL NEED TO HIRE A CAR. :-)

bel posto e meravigliosa piscina

Siamo arrivati lì venerdì 24 e siamo ritornati domenica 26, premetto che ero stata lì nove anni fa e mi ero trovata bene ... hotel molto pulito, cibo ottimo, piscina meravigliosa, camera pulita e sistemata.. l'unica pecca è stata il personale non molto sorridente .. per il resto tutto ottimo anche l'animazione .. lo consiglio .. sicuramente ci tornerò...

très bon accueil, attention l'hôtel et la résidence sont de 2 niveaux différents, super installation avec tout ce qu'il faut c'est plutôt un village vacances, le relais est beaucoup plus "classe" mais pour un passage c'est vraiment très bien, le petit déj est complet, les jardins sont magnifiques et très luxuriants, très bon accueil. On regrette le manque de discrétion des voisins italiens qui s'imaginent être seuls dans l'hôtel, sans doute

Svært rimelig, vakre omgivelser

Hotellet ligger muligens noe utenfor allfarvei - men slett ikke en lang kjøretur fra Palermo. Vi brukte hotellet kun til overnatting én natt, og fikk ikke sjekket ut alle fasilitetene, men konkluderte med at vi gjerne kommer tilbake. Hotellet lå i et svært velpleid område (og er også konferansesenter, noe det bærer preg av). Fikk ikke sjekket ut restauranten, som stenger klokka ni, men ble anbefalt et lokalt spisested ikke langt unna. Veldig god pizza, og en herlig blanding av lokale og turister. Minus: Air Condition-en virket ikke. Heldigvis var ikke natta vår så varm, men ser for meg at det kan bli et problem på hete Sicilia-netter. NB: Mye mygg!

Hôtel torre artale: un petit coin de verdure et de tranquillité.

Hôtel agréable, calme. L'appartement pour 4 pers. est très spacieux avec une belle terrasse, assez bien équipé. La piscine olympique a ravi les enfants. Le parc de l'hôtel est sympa. Il y a une navette qui mène à une plage privée.

Selv om de tilbyr lave rater så får du mindre enn det du har betalt for. Trabia er også det dårligste feriemålet jeg har besøkt på Sicilia under vårt 4 ukers opphold.

Very nice for a 3 star hotel

Bit out of the way, a car is definitely necessary when staying here. Hotel rooms were clean however and the hotel and grounds themselves were very nice. Staff spoke good english and were very helpful. Only complaint was that the swimming pool was very noisy, and often people having swimming lessons would take up 3/4 of the space! Enjoyed our stay.

mellanklass anläggning som har det mesta, en vacker huvudbyggnad med fina innergårdar, ok restaurant och en ordinär vanlig pool. ett måste är bil om vill utforska omgivningen, aktiviteter vid poolen med väldigt hög musik är störande! buffen var torftig för barn. finns rätt mycket råttor runt anläggningen, annars ok!

What it says on the tin.

The hotel is clean and pretty quiet. The staff was very helpful after the airline lost my bag for my entire holidays, calling the airport for updates on a regular basis. We got the self catering apartment and it is what is says on the tin...they won't come around to clean or change anything but you can ask for things at reception and it gets done. The flat didn't have a phone so you got to go down to reception if you need anything.

the pictures don't do this place justice!!

the staff were fantastic and although the room was basic it was clean and the grounds and the staff were great!!, breakfast wasn't much to speak about but the view of the grounds during breakfast made up for it..would definitely stay here again if we go back!!
