The resort is a private 5 star golf resort and access is controlled by 24/7 security. There are a selection of restaurants on site with many more within a 10 min drive. The on site supermarket carries a large selection of English branded goods. For the more active there is a Gym, Crazy golf, Driving and Putting range and the not to be missed “Paddle Tennis” courts. Evening Entertainment can be found in the on site bars or nightclub just outside the resort and the 5 star hotel at the centre of the resort provide daily entertainment for children and live music during the main holiday periods. (subject to hotal permission)

Belle villa spacieuse

Villa située au coeur du golf mar menor. Joli piscine sans vis-à-vis La villa ne manque de rien On a eu un souci avec une unité de climatisation, mais le dialogue avec le propriétaire a permis de trouver un arrangement. La région est superbe et permet de ne pas s'ennuyer.

We had a lovely 10 night stay at this villa, it had absolutely everything you need for family. We did have a few issues while there but Bill was fantastic and sorted it right away. The owner had very speedy replies and allowed us to check in a bit earlier after travelling through the night.

A great stay on the Mar Menor Golf Resort

We had a really great week with plenty of R&R around and in the pool. This is a lovely villa and would be happy to stay here again on future visits. Lots of sunbathing areas in the garden and areas of shad too when you need to escape the heat ! This is a great villa with everything you need for a good stay.

Excellent Stay

This is a superb property in a great location on the Mar Menor site. It is well appointed and very comfortable. The outside areas are really good as well with a lovely pool although the water is quite cold at this time of year. All in all, my wife and I had a great holiday situated round this wonderful villa. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

Lovely properly very clean, well maintained and has everything you need for a family friendly holiday! Pool was fantastic especially the slide and additional baby pool which our 2 year old loved as perfect depth for him while the older ones were up and down the slide all day! So much fun! Will be back without a doubt!

Peaceful, fabulous holiday

We are just back from a week in the villa and had a great time. There was everything we needed for a relaxing family break. The pool was perfect and the resort was quiet and just what we needed. Host was helpful and always responded quickly to any messages and sorted out airport pick up which was so helpful. Great location for everything and no need to go anywhere else. Thank you. Wonderful first family holiday.

Fabulous location of property and really well kept. Over the course of the week, the grass in the garden area began to get kind with a few prickles, and we requested the grass be cut so my little girl could continue playing. Nothing was a problem and we felt really welcome. Would really recommend. Lovely quiet location on the gold resort, with plenty of amenities nearby. Would definitely stay here again if looking to come back to the area. Thank you Paresh for your villa for the week. Very impressed

Amazing Villa and peaceful holiday

This was my second stay in this villa and again it was fabulous. The owner Paresh is so helpful and accommodating responding quickly to questions and is always polite and helpful. The Villa is well equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday. My boys were in and out the pool all day. There is plenty of shade when it gets a bit hot too. The location is quiet and relaxing and the perfect place to recharge and enjoy time with family and friends. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Lovely villa, would definitely recommend. Close to the hotel for using the restaurants etc. Easy check in, pool had an extra quick clean half way through stay. One of the bedrooms air conditioning wasn’t working which was unfortunate during the summer but the couple who looked after the property did try to get someone out to fix while we were there. Only thing missing for me was furniture on the balcony, as I would of loved to have sat up there in the nights. Overall would definitely come back

Loved it. Only small issue was The Pool needs cleaning more than once a week as it tends to attract leaves and bird feathers. We would have been happy to remove them if we had a fishing rod available. We scooped them out by hand instead

Beautiful villa

A really lovely villa that could be amazing however it was really let down by the cleanliness particularly the pool which we were unable to use for two days because of how dirty it was, we were told it was because of sun cream however it was already dirty on arrival and got worse over the week before it was finally cleaned. Was really disappointed to send Parish an email after we left the villa with the details of our disappointment and he did not bother to reply. The complex the villa is on is amazing would definitely go again however would stay in a different villa.

Mar Menor Golf Villa

Excellent communication with owner who provided all the details needed for our arrival. Confirmation of booking was immediate. Easy process. Owner was also very supportive in providing information about the area before we arrived.Key safe holds the door key and you are given code so very simple to use when you arrive. It’s in great location next to the resort hotel and you can walk to the restaurants but it is 20 mins. The air con was superb as was the internet and TV with english channels. I was able to work from the villa with no problems . The Villa has undergone some improvements in the garden /Pool area and it’s fabulous place to spend your day .The pool is excellent and the new night lights make it a great place to spend an evening sitting out .We were there for a month so inevitably we had some small issues but these were rectified immediately by Bill a very nice helpful guy who looks after the Maintenance so support is available on site. Bills wife also helped out.On the welcome pack in the house it asks for any feedback and when we left we provided some general preferences that we feel would make this an even better place to stay and I am sure the owner will look at these. The Welcome pack provided some great tips and info as well as places to visit which we did so make sure you read it through. Overall we had a great time and recommend it for couples or family.Extremely peaceful.

Almost perfect!

Pros: - property is lovely. 3 great size bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, decorated nicely. Aircon in all rooms which is needed! - We found essentials in the cupboards when we arrived, washing stuff, dishwasher tablets, salt etc. we used a lot of the washing liquid so we replaced it before coming home. - The pool is great and the slide was enjoyed very much throughout our stay! - Location is lovely and quiet - boardwalk outside the resort was brilliant with multiple restaurants Cons: - I don't think the people that manage the property cleaned it very well before we arrived. We noticed a lot of bird poo round by the utility room door so they definitely hadn't cleaned out there. Also the pool guy came to clean the pool on Wednesday but we only arrived Saturday night so we don't think it was cleaned before we got there. - We had problems with the pool going into our 2nd week with the water looking very cloudy & the sides and bottom going green. The owner, to be fair, sent the pool guy over the next morning but he had to come back again as it wasn't sorted. He said he sent a sample of water to people he knows & they suggested new chemicals which seems to work so the last couple of days were great. The neighbours we spoke to go to their villa frequently & they said the pool looks green a lot so maybe they should change to the new chemicals permanently? - no communal pool as stated in the advert, also no restaurants open during the day on site which was a shame. Great trip though!

Dommage que certains points soient mauvais !

La maison se situe dans un bon environnement calme, privée. La maison pourrait être parfaite cependant et malheureusement plusieurs points gachent le séjour. Paresh est un hôte disponible qui répond rapidement aux mails mais il n'est pas sur place et ne peut pas se rendre compte de l'état de sa maison. Le ménage à l'arrivée est casi inexistant, avec de la poussière partout, les sols sales, des toiles d'araignées dans tous les coins de la maison, les extérieurs sales( nous avons du nous même laver au tuyaux pour que les enfants puissent sortir car la terrasse étaient pleine d'excréments de pigeon), des cheveux retrouvés dans le refregirateur, les portes des placard de la cuisine degoutant ( j ai du tout nettoyer moi même). Si vous avez le malheureux de déplacer un lit ou un meuble la saleté au sol est inimaginable et à vous le balai et la serpillière des votre arrivée en vacances! Tout cela n'est pas à la hauteur du lieu ou se situe le logement et des prestations attendues. Nous avons signalé cette énorme problème de propreté à Paresh dès notre arrivée...personne n'est venu faire le ménage pour autant. La climatisation du bas n'a pas fonctionnée les 2 premiers jours mais une personne est venue la remplir ensuite. Le complexe extérieur est beau et bien entretenus lui mais à noter que les accès à toutes les piscines mentionnées dans l'annonce sont payantes à la journée ( 15eu/adultes et entre 5 et 10eu/ jour par enfant) Dommage le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon du tout.

Nice and quite villa for a relaxing holiday

Property was as described, good room sizes and fully air-con. The resort its self is very nice, quite and perfect for relaxing, we had such a great time at the villa for our 13 days stay with our two children, aged 13 and 11 years. There is easy access to all amenities at the resort. However, to experience what the town has to offer such as the beach, bigger shops, a variety of restaurants & night life, you need a car. Owner's communication was good and any issues encountered was resolved quickly.

Sehr schönes Haus leider nicht gepflegt

Das Haus ist super und wir haben sehr schöne Ferien verbracht. Die Rutsche beim Pool hat den Kindern viel Freude bereitet. Auf alle unsere Anliegen oder Probleme beim Haus hat Paresh schnell reagiert und er war sehr bemüht unsere Anliegen schnellstmöglichst umzusetzen. Leider wird das Haus von den Keyholdern nicht sehr gut gepflegt, die Antwortzeit war stets sehr schnell, aber die Qualität lässt zu wünschen übrig. Ich musste bei der Ankunft zuerst die Küchenschäftchen, Knöpfe der Herdes, Schäftchen draussen und den gesamten Aussenbereich reinigen, nicht wirklich ein gemütlicher Start in die Ferien. Leider war die Wasserqualität vom Pool nicht optimal, wir haben mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, leider mussten wir immer wieder kleinere Algen und Ablagerungen selber entfernen, das Wasser war teilweise nicht klar und die Augen haben manchmal gebrannt. Mit ein bisschen mehr Pflege könnte es perfekt sein, so wurde der Aufenthalt leider etwas getrübt. Trotzdem haben wir es sehr genossen, wir würden gerne wieder kommen und es auch empfehlen, wenn einige Punkte verbessert werden.

Cozy house in a nice resort

The house is integrated in a golf resort, which makes us feel safe. The house is well equipped, it was clean and in short we spent 8 very pleasant days. I would book again. Only two negative aspects that I should mention and I advise the owner to correct: In the ad it says we can use the resort facilities, but we were denied access to the main pool. And in the house, the fridge is too weak to store food and drinks for 6 people.
