There are also well-stocked shops for picking up any last-minute essentials and independent boutiques to peruse. Explore the delights of the Babbacombe village where you can delight at the miniature scenes and villagers on offer or check out the Babbacombe Cliff Railway where you can enjoy scenic rides from Oddicombe Beach, all the way up to the clifftops which promise stunning views. Be sure to make a stop at Bygones, a large, life-size Victorian shopping street which houses a 28-foot model railway, sweet shop and a World War I trench replica.
