### Gorgeous 5 Bedroom Home

About this space  
This newly renovated home is the perfect destination for your family or small gathering. 5 bedrooms, 3000 sq. ft. modern interior, with a spacious backyard patio. A full equipped kitchen with heated floors will make you feel right at home. If you choose to stay in May through October, we have a hot tub and swim spa for your enjoyment.  
  
Very short distance to major shopping centers and highways. 4 car driveway available to guest free of charge. It is our pleasure to host you and yours.  
The space  
The main floor consists of a half bath, laundry room, kitchen, and living room equipped with a SmartTV. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms, each with a Queen Sized Bed, with 1 master bath and 1 shared bath. You can relax in the basement as well with a spacious sectional sofa and Smart TV, with a bedroom and en-suite bath. The backyard has a hot tub and swim spa (active May through October), which may only be used after electronic liability waiver is reviewed, filled, signed and submitted. A link to this form will be sent to your AirBNB inbox prior to your stay.  
  
A spacious patio and a BBQ grill available Spring through Fall. Parking is free and up to 4 cars can be accommodated on the driveway. No guest access is permitted to the garage unless authorized.
