"We had an amazing stay at Hotel Benaco as a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids). From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and relaxed.
The breakfast was just perfect, fresh, tasty, and with lots of choice, something for everyone in the family. The hotel’s restaurant is an absolute gem, easily one of the best meals we had during our trip, delicious food, beautifully presented, and a great atmosphere.
The location couldn’t be better. Right by Lake Garda, it’s the ideal base for exploring, walking around, and soaking up the scenery.
What really made the difference was the friendly staff and the overall vibe of the place, cozy, warm, and genuinely caring. We absolutely loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Lake Garda!"
"Great location. We had a spa suite which was nice a spacious with view of the gardens, pool and the mountains around Riva del Garda. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offerings were amazing. Everything was sparkling clean. Good car parking. Great free welcoming mini bar/fridge. All in all a great hotel. Would definitely recommend!"
"Nice hotel, very clean and well located. Good AC, well insulated windows from outside noise, nice size balcony. Fantastic breakfast with excellent choices (avoid coffee machine and get a nice coffee from the breakfast coffee bar instead). Swimming pool was nice for a morning swim.
For the triple room, the single bed could be a bit bigger, and door closing system could be softer. "

"The best thing about the hotel was the breakfast, it was fantastic. It had hot and cold items, real honeycomb, baked goods, multiple types of yogurt, and coffee machines. The pool was nice enough, and the loungers were good and comfortable. It is a busy area, and the hotel does what it can for guests, and did provide parking for our wheelchair needs (but it wasn't designated). The cleaning staff was great, and the bar was a nice option if you want something by the pool.
The room has a nice balcony, but only a few have views (the outside rooms), we had to complain about the AC, and it was addressed, but the system is too old, and it only does so much. The TV was ancient, and couldn't attach to any devices.
Basically the staff was great, and do their best for an older hotel, but the facilities need to be updated for us to come back."
