« My husband and I are early risers, and we have come to expect having fresh-brewed coffee available in the lobby, if not all the time, then in the breakfast area prior to breakfast at 7:00. There was a coffee maker in the room but only one packet of regular coffee. The second day. I knew to ask for more coffee packets at the desk. « Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture. »

The curtain must be completely open otherwise the ac blows straight up into the very large voluminous curtain and not into the room at all. The bed is a lowrider about a foot off the ground and the mattresses are set inside some kind of roomy wooden box atop a nest of old hair and dead bugs. The mattresses are like blankets on cardboard. « The floor in our room was so dirty that we had to wash our feet before we got into bed. The rest seemed fairly clean. The lady that checked us in was awesome, but the next morning when our key wouldn't let us in the breakfast room the lady was a bit cranky. So it was an ok visit. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »
