We went for breakfast at 730 and there wasnt much, old salad, a little ham, salami and cheese, a plate of watermelon and breads and crackers. There was a machine to give orange juice and milk, but it was out of orange juice. "We arrived just after the kitchen closed after having travelled a long way . Given it was my birthday I was hoping for a special meal . When I told the receptionist it was my birthday the chef said I will sort it for you . He prepared us a delicious meal of fish soup and king prawns and pasta with homemade butter . It was truly delicious and I would say Michelin star level . What a kind man . The breakfast was equally delicious with homemade muesli and homemade biscuits with the normal extras and even freshly cut sandwiches and freshly baked pastries . The receptionist was also very friendly and helpful .the downstairs decor was modern annd our room was big annd spacious with comfortable beds . All in all I would throughly recommend . Without a doubt the best food we have eaten in Norway 😃😃"

Gave us heads-up of closed roads and guidance for ferry reservation. Really appreciated her help!
