We spent one night here in a turnaround between a hiking trip and a long train journey south. So the most important feature was the excellent location 5 mins from Tokyo Stn. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The bathroom was extremely tiny though and hard to maneuver inside. Plenty of restaurants and a large Daimaru on the doorstep among many other stores.

Very convenient location near Tokyo Station. WiFi could use some work, signal in my room was quite poor.
Clean, warm and very convenient if catching train to and from Tokyo Station. Staff very courteous and helpful. Front desk is manned 24 hours and they were happy for bags to be left in secure foyer area on day of checkout. Rooms small but in keeping with what you would expect in Japan for the price.
Very cute hotel with very nice size rooms and modern design.
Staff was great and very welcoming.
They offer to all sorts of toiletries (at least 20 different things incl massage creams etc).
Location location location. That says it all. Close to so many attractions and is within less than 5 min walk from out of this world Tokyo Station.

Good convenient location to Tokyo Central railway station. Certainly a big plus for travellers using JR as primary means of transport
Great Location and efficient staff. Cleaning staff are especially helpful. The air conditioning was phenomenal and the hotel provided all the amenities and more.
Good small hotel in Tokyo area with easy access to station and amenities. Used by myself as base for my travel outside Tokyo and has been always happy with service
First time here and it was nice and warm when we arrived due to the snow storm that day

The high rating is for the location. So close to Tokyo station and Nihombashi station (on the Ginza line so no transfers needed from Shibuya).
The hotel is convenient for its purpose (business hotel) but for tourists, the rooms are small. I had the single room and couldn’t even open my carry-on size luggage unless I put it on my bed.
Overall the rooms were simple with everything you need (no safe though). Washrooms were clean and ample warm water. Not very eco friendly - I purposely put the DND sign because I didn’t need my room serviced but they left a tote bag with towels and amenities in front of my door. Nice gesture though. The area is quite lively at night but I was on the 7th floor. However walls were thin and you could hear TVs, people snoring and flushing toilets. Also, the ventilation was poor and you could smell cigarette smoke from the streets.
Check-in/out was uneventful. Everyone was welcoming.
