[Location & Culture] This vacation rental is located a 10-minute walk from Kabukicho and a 10-minute walk from Shin-Okubo Station.The surrounding area is home to many restaurants, convenience stores, and supermarkets, making it a convenient location for sightseeing. Various tourist attractions, such as the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observation Deck, Shinjuku Gyoen, Yoyogi Park, and the site of a former samurai residence dating back to the Edo period, are all within walking distance.

[Building Overview] Our guesthouse features 10 spacious, clean Western-style rooms. It can accommodate up to 20 guests. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, so you can prepare your own meals.

Each floor has 5 rooms that share one restroom and one shower room. (Only one person may use the bathroom at a time; no one else will be using it simultaneously—it is lockable, and you can hang a “Do Not Disturb” sign.)
