The overall hotel was very good, rooms clean avd spacious (for Tokyo) the staff were friendly & helpful. It was disappointing that the bar and restaurant were closed our entire stay and we weren’t told in advance, even though we had contacted several times, I had booked hotel for these as we were planning on using these on long days to save having to go out.

Hotel was extremely central! Best part is that they offer transportation for a much lower cost to the airport. However, for the price the service, amenities, friendliness, and comfort is just not there. There are much better hotels to stay at in Tokyo. This one was my least favorite.
