Everything was 5 star quality. Breakfast was amazing, nice & quiet environment. Staff was exceptionally helpful, helped me get the taxi to tokyo station by stopping the taxi for me. I was worried about getting to the station and getting the train. Loved my stay.

Room clean. Breakfast okay. What I like most is the hotel’s location, which is convenient, quiet and safe. It is located between Tokyo station and Ginza area with short walks to both. Ginza subway train line access is just outside the hotel entrance. And it’s short walks to other subway train line access entries, including the Asakusa line that go direct to Haneda airport T3 which I used to go to the airport at end of my Japan trip.

Love staying at Remm hotel in Kyobashi! The location is perfect as it’s near the Ginza line as well as Tokyo Station. Also really close to the shopping district of Ginza. Loved how helpful the staff were with getting our luggage’s shipped and answering any of our questions!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was small as anticipated but it fit our 2 large suitcases and extra shopping bags happily. The hotel is easy to navigate and the AC was the best thing after a long hot day. Check in and out was easy too.

Coming from another hotel in Osaka, we found Remm to have a noticeably bigger room. As is typical in Japan, the room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The air conditioning was especially helpful during the hot and humid summer weather. Although we only stayed for a few days, we had a wonderful experience. The only thing to note is that there is an additional municipal tax of 100 yen per person, per day. It’s a very minimal fee and, in our opinion, absolutely worth it. Remm is also just minutes away from Tokyo Station, which is very convenient. If you’re traveling with luggage and planning to head back to Narita Airport, this is a great hotel to consider. The location makes getting around with your luggage much easier.
