Location: a bit far , train station right in front of apartment. Not too far from Nakano broadway Description of room: host states private bathroom, My unit was in the top floor and you had to leave your room to go to the toilet. I recommend you know which room you are getting as only the 4th floor unit has the separate toilet

新井薬師前の目の前にあり、すぐ隣には松屋があるので24時間飯処に困る事は無い。が、それ以外のあらゆる要素がダメ。1室貸切で掃除を宿泊者側に投げているのに、部屋に掃除用具がない。仕方がないので下層階に放置してある掃除機を運び、清掃を試みたが故障していた。結局さらに下層階の所にあった箒と塵取りで清掃を行う羽目になった。また、洗濯機も乾燥機能が故障している。調べた所メーカー修理が必要なエラーを放置していると分かった。結局、着替えを部屋干しする羽目になった。ゴミ出しに関しても、ゴミの分別を宿泊者がしなくてはならないのかが分からず困惑した。風呂についてもゴミ取りネットが根詰まりしており、水が逆流してきて不快だった。トイレに関しては4Fは部屋の外側にあり、トイレットペーパーホルダーがない為、使い勝手が悪かった。2泊3日の利用だったが、この体たらくで3万はあり得ない。次に検索で出てきても利用はしない。

概ね想像通りでした。駅からも近く買い物や飲食店も近くにあり便利です。 設備に関しては洗濯機は乾燥ができませんでした。（エラー表示？） タオルは生乾きの匂いが気になりました。 シンクには洗剤はあるが、スポンジは見当たらず難儀しました。
