Walkable to Omori (for Tokyo) and Omorikaigan (for HND) and a Seiya grocery store is nearby. Please keep in mind that Japan is a foreign country, so expectations may be quite different from your home country (noise/speech volume, manners, etc.), and humidity affects the cleanliness of certain areas of the accommodation. If you have any respiratory issues or allergies to slight mold, I would encourage you to consider discussing this issue with the management prior to reserving to make sure the rolm has been checked. Also the clean and secured luggage storage after checking out. However there is a few improvements I’d recommend such as better ventilation system as the unit is outdated and we noticed mold and musty smell in laundry/restroom/bathroom and guest room. We learned to leave the washer open after used to eliminate the moldy smell and closed the guest room door when shower to reduce humidity and moisture levels. We could hear neighbors from above and next door especially when chairs are dragged and doors are slammed. If it was listed as 4 traditional Japanese style mats and a double bed I would’ve been slightly less upset smelled like urine in the bathroom and so did the mats. There was mold on the shower walls and the edge of the bathroom sink. The staff was very responsive. Fantastic stay - felt more spacious than the photos showed. Super clean, quiet, and in a non-tourist neighborhood of Tokyo - everything felt walkable and very homey. Have already recommended to a few friends and will plan to stay again when we return to Japan. The only thing slightly confusing was the check in process - the email for some reason didn't come through so we didn't know to go around the side to use the touch pad terminal (where the bikes are). The apartment was good size for Tokyo standard and comfortable. The apartment offered a lot of amenities including washer and dryer (I did not use it due to short duration of our stay). Only downside was small elevator that required multiple trips for our group and the link to register did not work, so I had to register at the door. Hotels in the Tokyo area are fairly small and it's rare to find one that can accommodate a large family without having to get two rooms. This apartment filled that need. Having a kitchen with small fridge, microwave, dishes, and two burner hotplate was a nice bonus, along with a washer and dryer, though you'll need laundry soap. A few blocks walk to Omori or Omorikaigan stations, one block to Ito Yokado for groceries. Clean and nice! These objectives were accomplished, however, the apartment itself and the lack of conveniences therein were just so-so. There is no place to hang towels, BA is very small even by Japanese standards, washer instructions were for a wrong unit (washer was also damaged but operational), communication was difficult, check-in instructions are extremely convoluted (to be fair, this appeared to be common in Japan - must be a translation thing).
