We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is located in a quiet area, making it perfect for families. Our room was spacious and had plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We especially appreciated having a refrigerator and a dining table, which made it easy to enjoy breakfast and snacks in the room. Overall, it was a comfortable, peaceful stay, and we would definitely recommend it to others!

Cleaning staff were very nice. Not having a receptionist and having to use a “virtual check in experience” was not the best and when there was an issue with our room with leaking air conditioning it took some effort to actually talk to a person. Nice location that has a few major train lines within 10 mins, quiet at night, some nice views of Sky Tree if you’re on the upper floors.

This was the perfect place for us to start our Japan trip! Great location near the metro and bus stops and so fun to shop on Kappabashi Street. The use of the space in the room was excellent with a Murphy bunk bed for the third bed, and we really appreciated the kitchen area and items stocked. If you’re thinking about booking this hotel, you won’t regret it!

Minn Asakusa kappabashi was a great place to stay. The location was perfect walking distance to public transportation, shopping/dinning, and attractions. Checking in and out was easy and the hotel was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

A really excellent stay for our young family. We chose this hotel because of the space that was offered, which is not the norm for Tokyo or Japanese hotels. It is a no-frills self-service hotel, so if you want to use luggage forwarding you'll have to arrange other alternatives. We didn't need to contact their mobile hotel support while there for the 3 days we were in Tokyo. It isn't exactly the closest to transit, but is quite walkable to Kappabashi street and Asakusa. Ueno station is also nearby and a very short taxi ride. The only negative I have to say about this hotel is you have to pay for sheets or towels to be changed and there's no reception or concierge. This wasn't an issue for us. What I did notice, was that the rooms weren't terribly clean and that the mattresses for the extra sleeping on the tatami mats were stained. We just put a sheet over it but some might find this unsatisfactory.

A bit of a strange setup as the front desk is manned by a computer screen with a remote concierge available to call. All that aside, the room was spacious, and the beds were comfy, as well as the futons on the tatami mats. A separate room for the bathroom and shower was a nice touch, especially with a big group. The rooms themselves were well maintained and the area was quiet but central. Highly recommended!
