The room was cleaned reasonably well and laundry facilities were useful. We were a bit disappointed that the room had no clear windows and you could hear a lot of street noise. Mainly as the windows were only single glazed with shutters. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy! Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute. Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace. Quick to assist with any questions. Location is great, with easy access to transit and walking to nearby neighbourhoods (Shibuya, Roppongi, etc). Lots of great nearby eateries and convenience stores on every other block. Was great with kids, the sofas easily are turned into quite comfortable beds. Our tall for their age 7 and 10 year olds fit very comfortably. The room is a good size, especially by Japanese standards, and the bathroom was comfortable as well. Very efficient use of the space.
