The hotel staff I dealt with spoke enough English for me to check in and understand the house rules, and the rooms themselves are small but comfy. The only thing I can find someone having an issue with could be the pillows as they're a little heavy. Note they do have a spa, but i was advised to make sure, since I have tattoos, that i was there either alone or just not go in at all. The hotel has a free soda fountain and alcohol that you have access to DAILY and breakfast in the morning. The slippers they offered in the rooms are uncomfortable so I'd pack your own.
