BAKERY: Within the building there is also a bakery located on the first floor, offering delicious baked goods and freshly brewed coffee—a perfect start to your day. This condo comfortably accommodates up to four guests. Whether you’re seeking a cozy space to recharge or a serene spot to enjoy ocean views, this condo offers a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and tranquility. \- Host Rules: Renters agreement must be signed to confirm the reservation. Age min: must be 23 years or older to book Guest limit: 4 guest limit, including children and babies. Strata rules. Please do not submit a booking if your group size exceed the guest limit. We reserve the rights to ask you to leave if you exceed the 4 guest limit. 1 Free parking spot ONLY. During peak summer season (July-Aug) 3 night min. with no 1 night gaps in between reservations. If you try to book and receive a "host unavailable" message but the calendar appears open, please send us a message as our software has a few booking rules and may require us to override it. 3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays. Everything we needed was there - the location is excellent as the heart of Tofino is extremely close and the views over the harbour are superb. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the sun go down of an evening. Oct 4, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Quiet haven & just the rest I needed I so enjoyed walking into this quiet, cozy studio-style room. How refreshing from the typical mod, gray & whites with uncomfortable seating. The view of water, mountains, air/water taxi traffic was magical. And it was so very quiet, just what I needed. Having an assigned parking spot in a small town with minimal parking available was priceless. Being able to walk everywhere in town and even set out on a beautiful low-impact evening walk or e-bike along well-groomed local trails without having to find/pay for parking was a bonus. The Pie & Coffee place on the lowest level was my favorite after trying all in town. There is a well-stocked grocer within a few short blocks. While the plates/dinnerware provided was minimal it was certainly enough for the average tourist visitor who will be trying all the local restaurants. Tofino isn't the small hippy town anymore but it will remain a favorite of mine. And the Fred Tibbs condos are part of the memories now. ##### Debi S.
