There are groceries near by as well as bank, pharmacy, and a small coffee shop near by. The staff was friendly and very helpfully. There is a laundry onsite. You must walk down the hallway going around workers on ladders painting and sanding ceilings. This place has 70 units and only offers street parking in a very dangerous area of town. The receptionist rights down 9 digits on a piece of paper , and thats your code to get in your room. Good luck getting in. Best of all, theres a tiny little water heater in the bathroom that keeps running out of hot water. So you're left bathing in ice cold water. I like that they were far away from the noisy nightclubs, but close enough within two blocks to easily walk during the day. If you walk at night, those two blocks best not to go alone, walk in group, because there are some brief areas that are dark or empty on the way to Revu if you’re not familiar with the downtown area. During normal hours there’s enough shops and restaurants around open, to feel safe. Before 9:00PM. In a nutshell, it’s the nicest best value in Centro.
