"Hotel is a little tired decoration wise so not for somebody who wants something spotless and right up to date. . But for us the room was nice and clean the staff were top notch and really helpful. Breakfast was good. We had a superior sea view room overlooking the pier all at a real bargain price. It’s an older hotel full of charm and for us it ticked every box would happily stay again. "

"We enjoyed an overnight stay. The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and there was a comfortable bed. We ate in the bar as the restaurant was closed on Sunday evening, but there was a full menu and the food was enjoyable. There was a standard, perfectly nice breakfast offering. The leisure facilities were stand-out. There was a very warm pool (probably better suited to leisure rather than fitness swimming, particularly if busy) with a really nice steam room and sauna. We'd definitely stay again. As long as you're expecting a slightly "chain business hotel" ambience as opposed to a "country house hotel" vibe, you won't be disappointed."

"A great find, with much nicer rooms than the pictures suggest. Lovely friendly staff and one of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve had. The pool and sauna/ steam room are great too. Felt much more premium than some of the expensive Spa hotels we’ve stayed at and much better vaue. Will definitely book again when in the area. "
