Kelly waited for us on arrival even though we had no contact because of having to sort out roaming which was lovely for her to do even after a late flight! She was super attentive and had food and drinks in the fridge for us which was a super lovely touch. They are really friendly and checked in with us whenever we saw them. The outside is a fantastic party space with a bar, fridge, pool table & dart board along with a BBQ, the pool is an added bonus which in the summer months would be great to cool off, unfortunately due our visit being in March the breeze put us off using itWe highly recommend this property for adults and families a like, as there are gates to keep little ones safe from the pool and the road.Many thanks Kelly & Andy for the rentalWill see you again in the future x ##### Sue F. Everything was perfectly clean inside and in the outside area - including the pool. Kelly and Alan are very attentive, Making sure we had the basics already in after a day of travelling which was a lovely touch that was not expected. Although this is in a quiet area, you are a five min taxi ride to del carmen where you are in the heart of the buzz. You get the best of both worlds.
