« Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches...

« We stayed here 2 nights to attend our niece’s high school graduation. The house was just right for a family of four, and could sleep an additional kid or couple. Very clean, accurate description and pics. The host was very responsive when we needed an extension cord in order to plug in one of the bedroom’s lights. The house is close to Cole Park, downtown and the American Bank Center. The street was largely quiet. It was a good fit for us for a family weekend visit. »

« Our vacation to North Beach was so relaxing! This condo is right on the beach, with easy access to plenty of exciting activities within a short walk. We hardly had to use our car at all, which was perfect for the calm vacation we wanted. Cassie was a great host and answered all our questions quickly and effectively. « Nicely decorated condo. Smaller than we expected but owners have done a nice job renovating and decorating. Exterior is pretty rough. First time up on the elevator the doors wouldn't open. A lot of construction on and around the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book it again. »

« Had a funny smell. Remotes to both TVs were dirty and sticky. Outside balcony was a mess. Bedroom was very small and could not enjoy. Bed was very uncomfortable. I could only image how the bunk beds would feel or half size bunk beds may I say. Fan in bedroom kept making a clicking noise and was annoying to sleep with. Had to purchase our own bedding because the provided ones felt dirty. Bathroom was nice but small and felt claustrophobic. Ac stopped working the first night and woke up sweating...

« The entire property reflected the devastation that hurricanes and winter storms can produce. I’ve never lived in a place with extreme weather so the evidence was sobering. There is extensive construction being done in the entire area including roads and bridges. The condo itself is small but functional. It has everything you need for a short stay. « We had three adults and one 6 yr old. Plenty of space and location was perfect for our 2 night stay. Everything was in great condition in the bungalow. Outside there was maintenance work and things being done which doesn’t bother us. Great communication and very helpful for us! »
