Dog-friendly is an understatement; they’re one of the rare breed that doesn’t charge a pet fee. The staff is marvelous — friendly, helpful, informative. There s no grassy area for my dog to go to do her business. I saw the dog relief area but I had to go downstairs to do that. i dont feel safe. I had to go somewhere else for my dog. However, if not for the price ($70), I would give them a 1-2 star for the room for the following reasons; 1\. The shower cold water handle spun free, and required us to use a sock with grip soles to grab the bare copper tube to turn the cold water on. 2\. The heater pumped cold air 70% of the time, so we were cold most of the night. 3\. The window curtain fell off the wall in the middle of the night. 4\. We found a bed bug the following morning, and our 4 month old has several bites on him.
