We have been staying here during our trips to Beeville for years since this location became available.The staff provide a Texas Welcome and are helpful! This property provides a safe, small town and friendly space.

Crack in ceiling different places. Bathroom caulking redone around tub looks like first grader did it. White paint on walls where they were trying to fix things. Should be motel 6 prices for the quality. Breakfast should be later on weekends. Will not stay here again unless they put motek 6 prices or totally remodel hotel. Hampton will get my business. I really liked how quiet it was.
