TV room couch would benefit from a little more padding, but that is a minor thing. Well-stocked kitchen. We occupied the rear bedroom. We could tell when the restaurant below got started for the morning, mostly because of the low hum of the ventilation fan, but it was not annoying and it didn't wake us up. The 2 bedrooms are at opposite ends of the apartment, for a bit more privacy.It was too cold to try the deck on the rear. Probably nice in better weather.To reach the rear parking, enter the alley off Linden St. and drive all the way back. Look for the building with the wooden stairs going up to the 2nd floor. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a fun was for kids and adults! We were able to easily walk with our kids to journeyman distillery. We love three oaks!
