A potential earlier check-in might be accommodated, based on availability and subject to an early check-in fee DEPARTURE / LATE DEPARTURE The check-out time is 11:00 a.m. on the last day of your reservation. We reserve the right to charge late fees for departures after 11:00 a.m. A later departure may be allowed subject to availability and check out fee. Late check out fee is at $50/hour. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE This includes but is not limited to tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and hookahs. We operate marijuana and tobacco sensors in order to help enforce this rule. MINIMUM AGE The registered Guest must be 22 years of age or older, unless otherwise permitted by the host. NO NOISE / NO PARTIES The Guest may not disturb the quiet enjoyment surrounding neighbors. At all times, the Guest shall refrain from making loud noises and excessive television and/or radio volume that may disturb others. The Guest shall observe quiet hours from 9:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Noise sensors are operational. VISITORS Visitors must be accompanied by the Guest at all times, and no unauthorized overnight guests are allowed. The Guest is responsible and liable for the actions of all Visitors. CLEANING Guests should not leave the property in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Cleaning fees set are only meant to cover the cost of standard cleaning between reservations. An extra cleaning charge could apply if the property is left in a condition of excessive dirtiness DAMAGE Guests are liable for any damage and/or theft at the property caused by the Guest, their Visitors during the Guest’s stay. The owner (Sam) was very quick to answer any of our texts. The reason for our “okay” rating was because of multiple issues, most of which Sam said he would address soon. •Our apartment, while very pretty, was not cleaned well and multiple items were broken or unusable. We sent him photos of all of the above.•There is a flight of stairs down to the apartment and as I can't use stairs easily, this is something I wish I had known about before we booked.•Another issue to be aware of, is that, although the building itself is locked with a pin pad, the apartment door itself can only be locked while you are IN the apartment. If you leave the apartment to sightsee etc., the apartment door can NOT be locked behind you. We found that out the hard way, as we left one evening and locked the apartment, with our belongings, behind us. When we got home, after dark, we were able to enter the building but not our apartment. We needed to text Sam and he had a more permanent tenant come and let us back into ours. I really hope he can get that smoothed out as we did not like like leaving our suitcases and valuables in an unlocked apartment.If these items are addressed, this will be a great unit and value. ##### Tracy Civitillo Q.
