« The hotel was over booked but we were offered to stay at another location. Thank you for doing that. The resort was in a nice location however, there was ants within the room. Please do something about that. Otherwise, Staff was friendly and kind and offered us a free meal. We were also offered to come back and have breakfast at the same location which was overbooked. »

The coffee corner was better than the usual electric kettle and Nescafe sticks, it offered more than that with bananas and pandan bread. « Super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel tout confort, avec un personnel au petit soin et un petit déjeuner d’une grande variété (un bémol tout de même sur le jus d’orange, qui devrait à mon sens être pressé et non industriel dans un établissement de ce standing). Notre fils de 5 mois était trop petit pour profiter des infrastructures à disposition pour les enfants, mais il y a vraiment de quoi les occuper. Si nous revenons à Chiang Rai un jour nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet hôtel sans...

"Super séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel tout confort, avec un personnel au petit soin et un petit déjeuner d’une grande variété (un bémol tout de même sur le jus d’orange, qui devrait à mon sens être pressé et non industriel dans un établissement de ce standing). Notre fils de 5 mois était trop petit pour profiter des infrastructures à disposition pour les enfants, mais il y a vraiment de quoi les occuper. Si nous revenons à Chiang Rai un jour nous séjournerons à nouveau dans cet hôtel sans hésiter ! "
