"Perfectly situated at the top of Steep Hill, with a car park to pre book. Staff are friendly and helpful, wonderful breakfast. Lovely room with an excellent modern bathroom with complimentary toiletries. A great variety of restaurants close by. We tried the tapas bar Ole Ole which was excellent. Would definitely recommend and stay again."

Only down sides are that the bathroom can be cold as only heating is an electric towel rail and the heating in the room isn't really sufficient for the size of the room and takes a long time to warm the room up. TV signal is a bit patchy and glitches on some channels. Car park near hotel isn't big enough when it's busy but there is plenty of other parking further away. Also WiFi wasn't working when we stayed but was told that staff were aware and was being resolved but didn't come back on during our stay."

Will definitely book them in to stay there again when they next come to Lincoln to visit"
