I really like all the amenities that they offer. There's a cafe, spa, very dog friendly, and the complimentary circuit car. Everything made my stay so relaxing and easy. It's also a very convenient location. You are able to walk everywhere, but if you don't want to walk, you can call the complimentary circuit car!

Room was clean,front desk clerk was excellent. Kind of felt unsafe only because the door to my room had been kicked in so the door wasn't closed good because there was a crack were the door was uneven. Other than that it was a good stay beds were very comfortable and not one roach!!!

Danai at front desk was on point and lively. Outside of her I would say the front staff was lacking with no exec presence. I had a late checkout if 1215 and someone came into our room and picked up everything for the next guest. I arrived at tethirty to rest with my daughter she soneone disbursed us during her nap to so why I was in the room. My snacks and other small items went missing. I was charged for adult lunches when I ordered from the kids menu…. And I was overcharged every mornig without my daughters choice if milk or fruit that comes along with breakfast with the exception of today. Marie took care of us. Brian was nice too. At the beach they chatted us for two adult meals again and they forgot to bring the fruit and brownie. I am not happy paying an arm and a leg for half the service.
