The fireplace was a really nice feature. The area is very remote so if you want to eat out you'll need to drive a bit through the mountains. Jun 29, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Very cute tiny house community This was a beautiful area on a picturesque road… secluded, but close enough to everything you need (eg groceries) as well as to local attractions (eg, Lookout Mountain). The mattresses were comfortable, and the tiny home was very clean. The owner was very responsive to my texts with questions (eg, for our family of 4, we were provided 2 forks, 3 knives, and 0 spoons). My only issues with the process included that our tiny home was not the one featured in the listing (ie, we booked a home with a convertible king-sized sofa, but received a home with two queen beds). I had intended to sleep downstairs with the two kids, but we couldn’t do that on a queen, so that was a struggle with the little ones right off the bat. And secondly, we had to text to get the code to enter the communal kitchen area. Please be aware that this area is steep. I’m not sure I would’ve felt comfortable driving it in poor weather conditions or without AWD, but I didn’t have problems driving. The walk down from parking to the tiny homes is not easy for very young children. It is steep and gravel, with some trenches, which made me very nervous carrying my 23 month-old down. I imagine this would be an amazing stay for a couple or group of friends, but despite having a good time, I don’t think I would return with my kiddos unless it was a bit safer for them to be walking around the area. ##### Melanie N.
