"This home was spacious and had great features. Having a garage was great! Loved the kitchenware, bedrooms and bathrooms. Living room furniture was not comfortable for the tall men in our family. Everything was very clean and very organized but the cream colored chair in living room is stained and tips—time for a replacement. Beds were very comfy. Communication was excellent.Some things to know:Coffee pot is a pot not a Kurig. There are stairs from the garage to main floor. No bedrooms are on main floor. Location is 12 minutes from shops and restaurants and beach by foot. The peek a boo view is really not a view— it is barely there. It was a good visit. We enjoyed this place."

"This is a great 1-bedroom apartment in Seabrook, a walkable vacation community with an excellent grocery store and other amenities. The bed was comfortable. It's an exceptionally quiet neighborhood on the backside of town. Everything was clean and as promised. Note that it does not include access to the Seabrook pool - that's a little hard to find in the listing. I would love to stay again."

"Comfortable, great for pets. Well stocked with dishes etc. Not enough accurate info regarding coffee maker, condiments, parking spots. Some kind of grab bars in tub/shower is really needed. I turned 85 5/3 and daughter in law is recovering from leg surgery. We aren’t handicapped but feel a bit wobbly. "
