It would have been nice to get information from the hotel about how to access their parking garage. I didn't appreciate having to haul our luggage all through the casino. Parking was NOT convenient

The cleaning staff made the experience for us. There are only remote workers at the front desk, so your only human interaction at the hotel (aside from other customers) is with the friendly and helpful cleaning staff. One woman in particular fron the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly and caring, striking up conversation whenever she saw us and creating a very welcoming environment. I forget her name, something that started with a C or S, Cynthia maybe? She always wore a face mask, and she really had an air of confidence and ownership about her. She absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion!!
