"Room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of hot water, toilet and shower worked great. Cleaning ladies were friendly. Hotel is definitely located in a poor, run down neighborhood. My only real issue was one or two of the girls that worked reception. If you asked for help or asked any questions, they acted annoyed and offered no help or assistance with anything. Very bad attitudes. Please don't interrupt their cell phone time, they will not be happy with you! "

"The hotel is not too far from the central areas of Hai Phong. It's a new hotel, and has 2 floors dedicated as a wedding hall. The staff were friendly and spoke a little English. The room was sparkling clean and white, everything is new. Nice big LG TV if you're into flipping around. Didn't use the kitchenette, but it came with all pots and pans if I needed it. "The cruise was great - especially our guide Hieu! We had a room with terrace on the upper deck which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The cruise itself was amazing. We note that there are only few other boats around the route so that there weren’t many other tourists around. The food was also very good."

"The staff were awesome! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was their first anniversary. The massage we had at the spa was wonderful. A new hotel with a great breakfast buffet, we stayed 2 weeks and tried all we could, including dim sum. The hotel was located on a Main Street near lots of shops and restaurants. Special mention to Dat at reception that spoke great English and made several recommendations and Trang at the restaurant for her hospitality and great smile when we came down for meals. "
